Investigating - We're currently investigating an issue where User Attributes can't be accessed in Insights Site Settings, as well as an "Error when fetching User Attributes" message which prevents the use of Session Filters.

Our engineers are working to fix the issue ASAP and we will update here with any new information to share.

Update - We're continuing to monitor the situation. Email alerts have been sending as expected since the fix was implemented.

To avoid confusion, we will not be re-triggering the old alerts, as they are now out of date. You can review all alerts that were triggered during the impacted period (August 21st, 2 AM - 11 AM EDT) on your Alerts page within the platform.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating - On August 21st, our email server was offline from approximately 2 AM EDT to 11 AM EDT. This outage prevented all emails from being sent, including scheduled alerts.

Our team has since resolved the issue and email services have been fully restored. We have confirmed that new alerts are now being sent out as expected.

We are currently investigating the root cause and evaluating whether to resend the alerts that were not delivered during the outage. We will provide another update once we have more information.

Investigating - Some users may experience an issue in Contentsquare currently where taking new screenshots fails to load assets properly after being saved inside the zoning module. We are currently investigating.

If you are experiencing the issue, please consider using the following options:
- Leverage existing Retroactive Snapshots
- Use the screenshot process available in CSLive to save a screenshot
- Temporarily disable the CSLive Chrome extension
