We're continuing to monitor the situation. Email alerts have been sending as expected since the fix was implemented.
To avoid confusion, we will not be re-triggering the old alerts, as they are now out of date. You can review all alerts that were triggered during the impacted period (August 21st, 2 AM - 11 AM EDT) on your Alerts page within the platform.

Investigating -
On August 21st, our email server was offline from approximately 2 AM EDT to 11 AM EDT. This outage prevented all emails from being sent, including scheduled alerts.
Our team has since resolved the issue and email services have been fully restored. We have confirmed that new alerts are now being sent out as expected.
We are currently investigating the root cause and evaluating whether to resend the alerts that were not delivered during the outage. We will provide another update once we have more information.
